Procedure To Change Language:

Download the English language pack from the link Given below.

Then Goto Your Assassin Creed Instalation Directory (Where you have installed the game) then Goto SoundData and then PC. You will see two     files there Delete the file named as "sounds_russ.pck" . 

Then Paste the English language file named as "sounds_eng.pck" in the   same directory.

The Most Important! Now come two steps back from that directory to the Assassin Creed 3's main directory. Then Find a file named as "localization.lang" and then delete it.
